If you are experiencing difficulty with the pump mechanism, there may be a very small airlock that prevents the pump from picking up the product.
Please turn the product upside down and give it a good shake once or twice to take the product to the top, and if you try to pump again, it should work. You may also want to try pumping this upside down so the airlock can be released. If this doesn't work you may want to try gently tapping the product on a hard surface to release any trapped air, to activate the pump try pumping the product between 5-100 times.
