Where is my order and how can I track it?

After you finalise your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Living Proof, followed by a separate email from our courier once your order has been dispatched. All standard orders are shipped using Royal Mail with a tracked service. Standard Delivery generally takes between 3-5 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you can track its journey to you using the tracking link provided in your email or SMS. Orders will only be delivered via DPD using the Standard Delivery method in exceptional cases. 

Our goal is to process orders within 1-2 days during our working week, which is Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. If the estimated delivery time has passed and you have not received your order two days after this period (to account for potential courier delays), please reach out to our customer care team here with your order number for further information regarding your order status.
