What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?

Royal Mail

If Royal Mail is unable to successfully deliver your parcel to the address, a 'something for you' red card will be left to inform you of the attempted delivery. They may attempt delivery with one of your neighbours or leave in a safe place if this is enabled on your account. If Royal Mail left a red ‘Something for you’ card, the easiest way to get your mail to you is to arrange a Redelivery online here.

Alternatively, please contact our customer care team if you have any problems arranging re-delivery. You can submit a request here or reach out via the Chatbot widget on the bottom right-hand corner on our website.

DPD

If you placed your order on a premium delivery service DPD will deliver this to your address. If you are not home, the driver will try to deliver it to the next-door neighbour. If they are not home either, the parcel will be taken to the nearest Pickup parcel shop. It can then be collected from there by the recipient the next day. DPD will keep you updated of your delivery via text message and email so you can keep track of your delivery. If you need to update your delivery options please go through the email notification when your parcel has been dispatched.
