We are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed on our website. Once your order has been processed through our systems we are unable to make any changes to it. Unfortunately, we are unable to amend, remove items, or exchange orders.


We kindly ask for you to review your order at the order summary page before purchase, once processed our team will work very quickly to ship your order so we can meet delivery expectations. If you have made a mistake with your order and need to request a change or cancellation we will do our upmost to try and help but this is not a guaranteed service. 

 

Our opening hours are 9am-5pm on Monday to Friday, any messages outside our operating hours will be answered the following working day of which the timeframe to make amendments may have passed.
